JUS! Aseptic premium quality Tomato paste is manufactured from selected good quality fresh and mature red tomatoes. Fresh handpicked tomatoes are sorted, washed, inspected carefully crushed & extracted. The pulpy mass is heated, cooled & filled aseptically in pre-sterile aseptic bag. The processed tomato paste is known for its natural taste & color. The process is carried out with great heed to keep hold of maximum level of natural flavor and taste.

General Standards:

Product is free from added sugar, dyestuff, synthetic flavor, stabilizers, pesticides & herbicidal residues and radioactive contamination.

Quality Standards:

‘Good Manufacturing Practices’ is applied in the manufacturing process to meet the laid down given standards as per HACCP by ISA Cert B.V Netherlands, SGF (SGF International E.V) and ISO - 9001 (AQA International).

Preservatives:

Product is free from added sugar, color & preservative of any class.

Pesticide residues:

In conformance with WHO recommendations & EC directives.

Jus! Tomato puree can be availed in (228 +/ - 2 kgs) aseptically packed.  They are packed in pre-sterilized high barrier bags which are then placed in MS Drums. 

Loadability:

80 drums per 20 ft container palletized or unpalletized.

Storage:

It should be stored at cool & dry place below 20ºC. Preferably below 15 ºC to ensure extended shelf life.

Shelf life:

18 months from the date of production under above mentioned storage conditions. The contents must be immediately used after opening the bag.

Custom products:

Jus! Aseptic Tomato paste can also be supplied as per customer’s specification.
